Requirements
Our guards are the backbone of our business. To make sure that they match up to the high standards of quality, all security applications have to go through a selection process where they are screened for their qualities of intelligence, interest, kindness, people who can operate under stressful situation and communicate well.
We do not supply random guards as our policy. They are assessed if they are still a doable team member after a Security Audit. Individual dossier of each guard is maintained at our Head Office with regular review and inspection of performance.
Ethical Standards
We strive to maintain the highest standards of corporate conduct as well as, personal and business ethics.
As an employee of this Agency, everyone is mandated to do the same. We carry out our daily activities in an ethical and legal manner avoiding possible conflicts of interest.

- Pershing cap with insignia;
- Navy blue pants and navy blue or white long sleeves shirt (as required by the client) with name cloth and agency name;
- Black low cut shined shoes (Charol);
- Prescribed inner belt with shine buckle;
- Black socks for men, stockings for women;
- Agency ID displayed with the security guard license;
- Navy blue necktie with tie clip;
- Yellow lanyard with whistle;
- Outer belt with gun holster, medical kit, flashlight, baton, handcuff, magazine/ammo pouch, and hand held radio
